Marilyn and Fred Turner, are the chefs of our "full service" catering company.
Together, their experience includes
associations with such world
class restaurants as Bikini in Santa Monica, Border Grill in
Santa
Monica, Patina in Los Angeles, Tony's in St. Louis, and Jozu in
Los Angeles.
Marilyn is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree
in food service management and fifteen years of experience in
the food service industry, ranging from catering chef to
restaurant manager.
Fred is an alunmi of Forest Park Culinary in St. Louis,
Missouri. Along with fifteen years of catering experience, Fred
has also served as executive chef for the Hilton Hotel
Corporation at the Los Angeles Mid-Town Hilton Hotel.
Their
creative menus, good taste, and use of the finest ingredients,
continue to captivate our clients, whom always enjoy
a satisfying dining experience.
